I can’t recommend Helen highly enough.  She’s a very warm and kind miracle worker.  We’ve gone from a campaign of puppy-cat harassment, complete with hissing, scratching and fluffed up tails, to a chilled out household where you may even occasionally find a cat snuggled up grooming the puppy.  Helen is brilliant!
